The quickest way to reach a real person is over email - you can send us a message here. We go through every note and usually write back within a few working days. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account to create; one email is all it takes.

Looking for help with opentrack itself?

We did not build opentrack, so we cannot fix bugs in the software or change how it behaves. For setup questions, the Wiki is the best starting point. If you have found a genuine bug or want to request a feature in the app, that belongs with the project maintainers - the About page points you to the official project.
